- A fist-sized ball of wheat dough (atta), a small rolling pin (belan)
How to do it
Set aside a small portion of fresh whole wheat dough while making dinner.
Place toddler at a low table or mat with a small wooden rolling board (chakla).
Show how to press their palm flat into the dough: 'Pat, pat, pat!'
Guide both hands on the rolling pin to push forward and pull back.
