A quiet promise to your family.

Ujjval Panth is a parenting and child development platform for families everywhere. It is operated by the Ujjval Panth team ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy applies to this website and to features accessed while signed in.

We collect only what we need to run the product responsibly:

• Account details — email address and, when you use Google sign-in, your name and profile photo as returned by Google.
• Content you create — saved names, favourite articles, child profiles and milestone marks you add to the Tracker.
• Newsletter — the email you enter when subscribing to our weekly letter, along with the page you subscribed from.
• Basic usage signals — anonymous page views, referrer, language and user agent so we can improve the site.

We do not knowingly collect information about children. Child profiles you create in the Tracker are your own private notes.

• To provide sign-in, save favourites, and sync your Tracker across devices.
• To send the weekly newsletter when you opt in, and only until you unsubscribe.
• To measure aggregate site usage so we can improve articles, tools and performance.
• To detect and prevent abuse of the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising networks on this site.

We use a small number of vetted service providers to operate the platform:

• Authentication, database and file storage — used to sign you in and store your data.
• Email delivery — used only to send confirmations and the newsletter you subscribed to.
• Analytics — aggregate, non-identifying usage measurement.

These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

When you buy an eBook from our Store, payment is processed by our payment partner Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on their secure systems and are never stored by Ujjval Panth.

• What we keep — your name, email, order id, amount, product purchased and payment status, so we can deliver your download and support you later.
• What we never see — full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

Download links for paid products are private and time-limited, and are issued only to the buying account or email.

• Account and saved content — for as long as your account is active, and deleted on request.
• Purchase records — retained as required for tax and accounting obligations.
• Newsletter email — until you unsubscribe.
• Anonymous usage counts — kept in aggregate form only.

• You can sign out at any time from the account menu.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in every email.
• You can delete a child profile or a saved item from within the app.
• You can request full account deletion by writing to us at the contact below.

Access to accounts is protected by industry-standard authentication. Access to your data is controlled by row-level security so only you (and, where appropriate, the Ujjval Panth team) can read it. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.

Ujjval Panth is intended for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
