What you need
- A soft cotton dupatta or muslin cloth
How to do it
Sit facing your baby during a calm, alert wake window.
Gently hold a light cotton cloth in front of your face and say 'Where did I go?' in a sing-song voice.
Pause for two seconds to build playful anticipation.
Lower the cloth with a joyful smile and say 'Peek-a-boo! Here I am!'
Repeat 3–5 times, following your baby's eye contact and giggles.
